We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive with exposure to the IT hardware / system integrator (SI) industry. The role involves handling end-to-end order processing—from responding to client requirements and sharing quotes, to vendor sourcing, invoicing, logistics coordination, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities Client Requirement Handling & Quotation
- Prepare and share competitive quotations within a quick turnaround time.
- Coordinate internally with sales/OEM teams for pricing, availability, and specifications.
- Ensure accuracy in product configuration (RAM, SSD, model numbers, warranty, etc.).

Vendor Sourcing & Procurement
- Float enquiries to multiple distributors/vendors (minimum 3) for the best pricing.
- Compare quotes and finalize orders with the L1 vendor, ensuring:
- Product authenticity
- Timely availability
- Reliable delivery timelines
- Maintain robust relationships with distributors like Ingram, Redington, Savex, etc. (preferred).

Order Processing & Invoicing
- Process confirmed orders and maintain proper documentation.




- Generate invoices using Tally with complete accuracy.
- Ensure alignment between quotation, PO, and invoice (model, quantity, pricing, GST).

Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate with the internal logistics/dispatch team for timely deliveries.
- Track material movement and update clients proactively.
- Handle delivery escalations and ensure smooth closure.

MIS & Client Reporting
- Prepare and share MIS reports with clients (order status, deliveries, pending items).
- Maintain internal trackers for orders, billing, and dispatch.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of IT hardware products (laptops, desktops, accessories).
- Basic knowledge of OEMs like Lenovo, HP, Dell.
- Experience working with IT distributors is a plus.
- Proficiency in Tally (invoicing) and MS Excel (MIS, tracking).
