Dreamspan Ventures is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions of the organization. This role demands robust leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities to handle recruitment, employee engagement, retention strategies, welfare initiatives, payroll, statutory compliances, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments — from job posting and sourcing to interviews and final selection.
- Use AI-based tools and platforms for scouting, video interviews, applicant analysis, and predictive hiring insights.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and strategic workforce planning.
- Supervise the Senior HR Recruiter and ensure quality hiring within defined timelines and budgets.

Employee Onboarding & Retention
- Drive seamless onboarding, induction, and integration processes.
- Develop employee retention strategies to reduce attrition and enhance engagement.




- Build and maintain a strong connection with employees to ensure a healthy and inclusive work culture.

Employee Welfare & Motivation
- Design and execute employee welfare programs, team-building initiatives, and motivational activities.
- Implement reward and recognition schemes to improve morale and performance.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and proactively resolve grievances.

Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and goal alignment across teams.
- Help leadership define KRAs, KPIs, and review formats.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives and coach underperforming employees when needed.

Payroll, Salary & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure accurate salary calculations, timely payroll processing, and disbursements.
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and punctuality across departments.
- Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory filings.
