We are looking for a curious and driven builder to join our rapidly growing team and help us design, prototype, and ship AI agents that automate real-world workflows in clinical research.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design, prototype, and iterate on AI agents that automate business and operational workflows in an accurate and timely manner.
- Integrate LLMs with internal tools, APIs, and data sources to build end-to-end agentic solutions.
- Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status and agent performance. Stay up to date with industry trends and the rapidly evolving AI agent ecosystem.
- Work with SMEs and other experts across areas like NLP, data engineering, and clinical operations to translate domain knowledge into agent capabilities.
- Research and develop end-to-end project prototypes that demonstrate clear automation value for business problems.
- Help define and run evaluations for agent quality, reliability, and safety.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Python and comfort working with APIs (REST, JSON, authentication).
- Working understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering - gained through coursework, online learning, personal projects, hackathons, or open-source contributions.
- Familiarity with at least one agent or LLM framework (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, the Anthropic /OpenAI SDKs, or the Model Context Protocol).
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to break ambiguous business problems into structured, automatable steps.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
