Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Cafe Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day cafe operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers

2. Customer Service & Experience
- Ensure high standards of customer service at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Build a welcoming and positive workplace for guests

3. Cash Handling
- Manage daily cash flow & billing.
- Ensure accurate cash handling.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in cafe/restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle customer issues calmly and effectively
- Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling procedures
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
