Nutshell GK is a general knowledge curriculum developed by Quizzora & Co., running in various schools across North Bengal and Sikkim. We directly provide our products and services to schools but also have an e-commerce presence through which we are looking to reach students and parents directly.

Job Brief:
We are looking for a agile and talented social media manager to manage all our social media accounts. You are required to coordinate with the content team and create necessary posts, manage and post the content at the correct time and respond to followers. You will have to manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing and brand awareness goals.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring consistent increase in traction and attract the right audience to the social media accounts as well as the Nutshell GK website.

Job Duties & responsibility:




- Research and come up with a social media strategy to engage with the correct audience.
- Set specific short-term and long-term objectives in terms of different parameters of engagement on various social media platforms.
- Create a social media calendar to schedule and post content on a regular basis.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams members to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

Requirements & Skills:
- Knowledge of web design to help improve e-commerce presence and website
- Proven work experience as a Social media manage
