Job Description - MIS Executive (Jewellery B2B Business)

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and streamline data reporting, analysis, and information systems for our jewellery B2B operations. The role ensures accurate data flow across sales, inventory, and client management, supporting decision-making and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Collect, consolidate, and maintain sales, purchase, and inventory data from multiple sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry in ERP/CRM systems.
- Analysis & Insights:
- Track B2B client orders, sales trends, and outstanding payments.
- Provide analytical reports to support pricing, product demand, and business forecasting.
- Highlight discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- System & Process Support:
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth data flow.
- Assist in automation of reporting processes and dashboard creation.




- Maintain compliance records and documentation for audits.
- Operational Coordination:
- Monitor jewellery stock movement between production, warehouse, and clients.
- Support management in decision-making with accurate MIS inputs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or IT.
- 2-4 years of experience in MIS, preferably in jewellery, retail, or B2B industries.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under deadlines.

Key Skills
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- ERP/CRM software handling (SAP, Tally, or jewellery-specific systems).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
