- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of all levels with factors of attendance, leave tracking, and timesheet data.
- Maintain and update employee records from start to end
- Software management with respect to HR/ Statutory requirements in compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support training and development programs and track participation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Manage queries at statutory and grievances of employees
- Employee training schedule and policy implementation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
