Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Lead a full program for Trim system ( Interiors & Exteriors ) Engineering deliverables
Coordinate with entire CFT and Platform team to get system & vehicle deliverable done.
SPOC for all CFT & platform team, dedicatedly working along with Platform Engineering head & Chief platform head.
Having a dual reporting to PEH & COE delivery head.
Defining FI, CAE, CFD & other system targets along with COCs for vehicle.
Defining & Tracking for all deliverable that are required from Trim system as per MPDS.
Identifying & regular tracking of any potential risks or open point for Trim system delivery.
In Concept phase budgeting, planning for resources, putting micro level time plan & system DVPs, contract manpower based on requirements.
Meticulous tracking for activities from concept phase, TKO phase & implementation phase.
Regular tracking for TKOs, LOP, DFMEA, DVP, CIR & ECN.
Full ownership for Build, Quality, validation, CAE, etc related concerns during respective phase.
Tracking for all parts lifecycle from Part number creation to SOP.




Co ordinate with Costing & weight management team in defining & tracking cost & weight of Trim system parts.

Experience
- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in Trims

Industry Preferred

Qualifications
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
