Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Lead Management
- Handle inbound leads from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements and budget
- Share proposals, pricing decks, and service presentations
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach and business networking
- Build prospect databases using Google Maps, Justdial, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, etc.
- Identify decision-makers and pitch digital marketing services
- Build and manage an independent sales pipeline
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain lead trackers and CRM updates regularly
- Share weekly sales pipeline reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
RequirementsMust Have
- 1-3 years of experience in sales/business development within:
- Digital Marketing Agencies
- Creative Agencies
- Marketing Firms
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
- Understanding of digital marketing services such as:
- SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
