Required Skills:
- Should have an individual approach to hire the fleet of technicians and delivery agents.
- Should be flexible with working on the field at least 10-15 days a month.
- Come up with new initiatives to match the demand supply ratio of the given month.
- Should maintain 80% of Training to onboarding ratio.
- Should clearly analyse the budget allocated and plan the hirings accordingly.

Pay: Up to ₹345,000.00 per year
