Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure construction/project materials from local markets and approved vendors.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at site locations.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, invoices, challans, and stock entries.
- Verify quantity and quality of received materials.
- Compare rates and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing.
- Monitor stock availability and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Prepare daily/weekly material and purchase reports.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for material movement.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and billing purposes.
- Follow company procurement policies and procedures.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
