Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the sales area
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages
- Promote ongoing offers and special promotions to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Higher Secondary or above
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
