Lead Conversion & Client Consultations:
- Handle inquiries from potential clients via calls, messages, and walk-ins.
- Educate clients on hair transplant procedures, pricing, and results.
- Convert leads into booked consultations and treatments.

Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional treatments, products, or services.
- Monitor and improve clinic conversion rates of minimum 80 percent.
- Reach Target Figures individually as well.

Team Management & Training:
- Train and mentor the sales and front desk team on sales techniques.
- Set and track individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Marketing & Business Development:
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive lead generation.
- Identify recent business opportunities and partnerships.




- Organize promotional campaigns, events, and referral programs.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure excellent client experience from the first inquiry to post-procedure follow-up.
- Maintain relationships with past clients for referrals and repeat business.
- Handle customer concerns and objections professionally.

Reporting & Analysis:
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics.
- Analyze client feedback and sales performance to optimize strategies.
- Report to senior management on sales trends and forecasts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
