Job Overview

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations in the hospital, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, onboarding, compliance, and maintaining employee records. The role ensures smooth HR functioning while supporting hospital staff and maintaining healthcare industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and selection of doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff
- Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and orientation programs
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and shift records
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Address employee grievances and support staff engagement activities
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies,



and HR procedures
- Prepare HR reports
- Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience (hospital/healthcare experience preferred).
- Skills:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws
- MS Office and HR software proficiency
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confidentiality and professional ethics

Walking Interview from 20th May 2026 from 9:30 AM till 6:00 PM (Sunday interviews are not done)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
