Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end inside sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos (virtual), proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software / IoT / automation solutions.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and field teams to ensure smooth proposal delivery and post-sales handover.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in IoT and industrial automation.

Required Skills and Experience:




- Minimum 2 to 5 years of inside sales experience selling software, B2B IoT, or automation products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable conducting virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred:
- Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, energy, utilities, smart buildings, or industrial IoT will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month (based on experience).
