Who We Are Looking For — Before Anything Else

We are not just looking at your grades. We want people who have done things outside the classroom — sports teams, cultural clubs, hackathons, fests, NSS/NCC, community initiatives, or anything that shows you take initiative and get involved.

Participation in extracurricular activities is a must. If you have a story beyond your resume, we want to hear it.

You should also be:
- Extroverted and comfortable talking to people — including clients
- Fluent in English, and proficient in Kannada and/or Tamil




- Able to use AI tools to produce better work — not just generate and paste output

Responsibilities
- Collect and organise business and operational data, including field visits to client sites when required
- Perform greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculations and carbon footprint assessments
- Build and maintain trackers, datasets, and structured summaries in Excel
- Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and emission reduction opportunities
- Support ESG and sustainability reporting with accurate, audit-ready documentation
- Maintain structured records suitable for third-party verification

Requirements:
- Science Post Graduates only — Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Engineering
- BE/BTech preferred — Civil, Mechanical, IT, or Environmental Engineering:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel — mandatory
- Understanding of or genuine interest in ESG, carbon footprinting, and envir
