Role Summary

The Business Head leads business operations and is accountable for revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, customer satisfaction, and team performance. The role involves setting strategic objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities, recent markets, and revenue streams.
- Monitor industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.

Revenue & Profitability Management
- Own P&L; (Profit & Loss) responsibility.
- Drive revenue growth and improve profit margins.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts and partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion.

Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Ensure operational efficiency and process improvement.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and managers.
- Build high-performing teams and foster a positive culture.
- Drive employee engagement and performance management.

Customer & Market Focus
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and acquisition.
- Address major customer concerns and escalations.

Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Identify business risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Typically 10-15+ years of leadership experience.:
