We build portable blenders that sell thousands of units every month on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and our own website. We're growing fast, and the engine behind that growth is operations.

We're looking for someone who owns the floor — not just follows instructions.

The Role

This isn't a back-office job. You're the person who makes sure every single order that leaves our warehouse is right — right product, right quantity, right courier, right time. You'll manage daily dispatch, keep stock records airtight, coordinate with courier partners, and run the packing floor.

When something goes wrong — a missing shipment, a pickup that didn't happen, an RTO that needs reconciling — you're the one who hunts it down and fixes it. No passing the buck.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Dispatch — Daily B2C orders (website + Flipkart), B2B orders, and FBA shipments. Everything out the door on time, every day.





Courier Management — Live tracking updated daily in Zoho. You chase pickups, resolve delivery failures, escalate issues with courier hubs directly. Problems don't age on your watch.

Stock Accuracy — This is the heart of the role. 100% accurate, real-time inventory across all SKUs. Every dispatch, return, and RTO reconciled perfectly. No guesswork, no shortcuts.

Packing Floor — You work with the packing team directly. Speed, quality, and accuracy on the floor are yours to maintain.

You're the Right Person If
- You've worked in e-commerce operations, dispatch, or warehouse management and you know how chaotic it gets
- You're someone who notices when numbers don't add up — and doesn't rest until they do
- You take ownership. Problems that land on your desk don't quietly disappear — they get solved
- You're fast, accurate, and calm when daily volumes are high and timelines are tight
- You know your way around Zoho, courier dashboards, or
