Prepare RA (Running Account) bills and final bills for electrical and structural works.
- Take accurate site measurements and maintain measurement sheets.
- Verify subcontractor/vendor bills as per executed quantities.
- Ensure billing aligns with BOQ, drawings, and contract terms.

2. Quantity Surveying
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings (electrical layouts, SLDs, structural drawings).
- Maintain reconciliation of materials (cables, trays, steel, etc.).
- Track variations and extra items.

3. Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain billing records, abstracts, and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with contract clauses, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in preparation of variation orders and claims.

4. Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients for approvals.
- Follow up for bill certification and payments.
- Support planning and execution teams with quantity-related inputs.

5. Cost Control
- Monitor project cost vs billing progress.
- Highlight discrepancies and cost overruns.




- Assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of electrical works (cable laying, panels, earthing, lighting systems, etc.).
- Knowledge of structural works (fabrication, erection, MS structures).
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
- Familiarity with measurement standards (IS codes, CPWD norms, etc.).
- Good command of MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred).

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering
