Role Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-year accounting and bookkeeping for US clients.
- Perform day-to-day accounting operations including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger maintenance
- Journal entries
- Month-end and year-end closing
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records accurately.




- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Review financial statements and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions.
- Prepare management reports and support financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting queries.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and client-specific accounting procedures.
- Support audit and tax preparation processes as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1.5-3 years of experience in US accounting and bookkeeping.
- Robust understanding of US accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping
- Payroll processing
- Bank reconciliation
- Financial review
- Industry experience preferred in:
- Gas Stations
- Hotels/Motels
- Restaurants
- Proficiency in accounting software:
