Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA activities including test planning, test design, execution, automation, and defect management:
- Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices across projects
- Perform and oversee manual testing including functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT support
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Review requirements and design documents to ensure testability and quality coverage:
- Track and report quality metrics, test progress, and risks to leadership
- Mentor and guide QA team members; conduct code and test case reviews
- Drive CI/CD integration of automated test suites
- Ensure adherence to SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum practices
- Participate in release sign-offs and post-release analysis





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software testing with a strong mix of automation and manual testing:
- Proven experience in a QA Lead or Senior QA role:
- Robust knowledge of test methodologies, QA processes, and defect management:
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as:
- Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
- TestNG / JUnit / PyTest
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language:
- Java / Python / JavaScript
- Experience in API testing (RestAssured, Postman, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- 10.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum environments
- 11.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, etc.)
- Exposure to mobile automation (Appium)
- Experience testing cloud-based or microservices architectures:
