Job Title: Data Annotation Associate

About the Role: We are building advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, but our models need human reasoning to learn properly. We are looking for an AI Data Annotation Specialist to help train and evaluate our systems. In this role, you will review data, label information, and correct outputs to ensure they are accurate and helpful. You just need sharp critical thinking, a great eye for detail, proficiency in office everyday tools like excel and google sheets, and the ability to quickly learn web-based software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Annotation & Labeling: Review text, audio clips, and documents, and carefully categorize them based on explicit project guidelines.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Read and evaluate the responses generated by our systems. You will act as the quality check to identify factual errors, logical mistakes, or irrelevant answers.
- Providing Feedback: When the system makes a mistake, you will write clear corrections and notes so the system can learn and improve its future answers.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with our team to suggest ways to make our internal labeling tools better and our instructions clearer.

What We Are Looking For:

- Exceptional Attention to Detail: You can easily spot a single wrong fact, typo, or missed detail within a document or short audio clip.
- Critical Thinking: You don't just check boxes; you can figure out why an AI's answer doesn't make sense and articulate the problem clearly.
- Comfortable with Technology: You are comfortable using a computer and can easily learn new web-based software platforms. (No coding required, but general tech-savviness would help).
- Strong Written Communication: You can write clear, concise notes explaining errors to our team.

Bonus Points:

- Previous experience in data annotation, content moderation, data entry, or software testing.
- A basic understanding of or interest in AI
