Job Title: INFOR LN Techno Functional Consultant

Job Location: Remote/ Work from home

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical & Application Support

* Provide high-level 1st and 2nd/3rd-level technical and functional support to key business users across departments.

* Analyze, debug, and resolve complex ERP system issues, session errors, and workflow bottlenecks.

* Administer ERP tools, user security, and role management while adhering to data privacy, security, and compliance standards.

Customization & Development

* Design and develop tailored business solutions, sessions, extensions, and workflows using Infor Studio, 3GL/4GL, Data Access Layer (DAL), User Extensions/User Exits, and Application Layer Function Services (AFS).

* Build and integrate APIs, SQL Stored Procedures, and third-party software connections,



including local payroll and other external systems.

* Develop custom reports, management dashboards, and KPI tracking tools using Power BI and MS SQL Server.

Functional & Process Alignment

* Align business objectives with standard Infor LN / CSIE functionality across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and related business processes.

* Customize ERP workflows for factory, project, and warehouse operational environments.

User Training & Documentation

* Mentor recent joiners and conduct technical and functional training for key business users.

* Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, system specifications, and process guides.
