- Experience in handling end to end Payroll
- Knowledge of statutory compliances relating to Payroll like PF/ ESI/ PTax/ LWF and TDS is required.
- Good command over advance excel.
- Managed CTC structuring, FBP reimbursements, and full & final settlements in line with company and legal standards.
- Handled employee payroll queries on salary, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Assist senior in smooth and efficient migration of recent clients
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.
- B.Com degree from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in Indian Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliances.
- Strong understanding of Payroll Management Systems (PMS).
