Role Description

- Daily review of critical parts for production take counter measures to meet 100% production plan
- Identify constraints / capacity issue for the firm and tentative production plan ( N+1, N+2 ) and work on bridging the gaps
- Recent Product capacity audit / ramp-up for common parts
- Conduct PDCA on MPCP and policy targets
- Identify gap in procurement system and do improvement projects
- Development of people ( Group leaders and team leaders )



Journey cycle ( supplier visit)
- Performance review for Group leader / Team leader ( Target setting etc ) TEI / QCC / SIT training and presentations
- Maintain optimal Inventory of parts
- Highest level of customer enlitement
