Key Responsibilities Include:
• Work on sales leads to take inbound and outbound calls to consult customers on pre-owned cars
• Work with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable options for them
• Schedule Hub Inspector visits at customer home for the inspections and teams to take it further
• Be a customer champion by ensuring superb experience with Spinny.
Requirements:
• Sales Consultants are expected to be go-getters who are agile and high on energy
• Positive verbal communication skills English, Hindi, and regional language (will be an added advantage)
• Must have good analytical skills
• Should be persistent, smart, and quick to respond to customers
• Must be willing to learn about automobiles
