Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and experienced Lead - Rural Innovation & Strategic Partnerships to drive funding, partnerships, and grassroots implementation of university-led innovations across rural India.

The role involves working closely with corporates, MSMEs, government bodies, rural communities, and other stakeholders to create sustainable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Funding: Write winning proposals, pitch to stakeholders, and bring in vital CSR funds to sustain and scale our projects.
- Grassroots Impact: Travel to rural villages across India to oversee the on-the-ground implementation of university innovations.
- Build Partnerships: Connect and negotiate with Corporates and MSMEs to align our rural goals with their sustainability mandates.
- Government Advocacy: Act as our primary spokesperson with local, state, and central government bodies to secure approvals and align with government schemes.
- Proven Fundraising (Mandatory):



You must have a demonstrable history of successfully raising CSR funds or grants in your previous roles.
- Professional Background: Strong background in rural development, strategic partnerships, NGO management, or CSR. Your track record of getting things done matters more than your specific degree.
- Stakeholder Expertise: A strong ability to liaise seamlessly with everyone from village leaders to corporate CEOs and government officials.
- On-the-Ground Readiness: Exceptional communication skills and the willingness to travel to rural areas.
