We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to to manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process within our growing software development organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment operations, with a proven ability to identify, engage, and hire high-quality talent across multiple technology domains

Key Responsibilities

-Manage End-to-End Recruitment for Technical Roles.
-Develop strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
-Evaluate Resumes, Refresh Job Descriptions, and Post Open Roles.
-Screen and Assess candidates for Technical skills and cultural fit.
-Collaborate with Hiring teams to optimize recruitment processes.




-Find and Engage Top Talent on Naukri, LinkedIn & Social Media Platforms.
-Stay Updated on Industry Trends & Build a Strong Talent Pipeline.

Preferred Skills

-4+ years of Technical Recruiting Experience.
-Solid understanding of Technical roles and Sourcing tools.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Proven ability to meet or exceed hiring goals.
-Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies.
