Position: Analyst. Team: Business Operations. Location: Gurugram.
Responsibilities
While every day will be different, your role will be the following:
Reporting and Analysis
- Create, review and maintain excel sheets centrally with all project costs data like travel, third party, resourcing etc.
- Share analysis and insights on the metrics with different teams and CFO with regular frequencies.
- Create, review and maintain the overall status of projects across key metrics as decided by the organisation.
Organisation Planning
- Assist and coordinate with teams to facilitate profit and loss budgeting.
- Work with the Sales team to finalise project pricing, service level agreement and onboarding of projects into the system.
- Participating in meetings, documenting of discussions, collecting feedback, and publishing results
Project Management
- Enable and follow routines for regular checks to track and report project status, risks and issues with various organisation teams.
Project Metrics
- Provide updated data on various project metrics with clear bottlenecks and solutions.
Systems and Process
- Develop various systems and processes to manage profitability and quality of execution.
For example, vendor management process, travel booking process, costs approval process.
- Enable business operations team to manage data hygiene, best practices and quality for accurate analysis.
Requirements
- 0-2 years work experience in project management experience at the organisational level.
- A very strong handle on Microsoft excel/google sheets and data analytics skills.
- Passionate and driven organisational change and impact.
- Solution centric and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Robust presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Self-driven, curious and adaptable personality with the ability to work independently.
