- Supervise security guards and ensure deployment as per duty roster.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, contractors, visitors, and vehicles.
- Ensure gate pass procedures for incoming and outgoing materials.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular security patrols across the plant, warehouse, and utility areas.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and investigate suspicious activities.
- Coordinate during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or security incidents.
- Prepare and submit daily security reports and incident reports.
- Verify contractor workforce attendance and movement.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency services when required.
- Conduct surprise inspections and security audits.
- Train security personnel on SOPs, emergency response, and safety protocols.
