Job Title: Social Media Marketing Assistant

Experience: 2-4 Years

Qualification: Graduation (Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Company Website, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage social media calendars, posts, and campaigns
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if required)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory




- 2-4 years of experience in marketing or social media marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics
- Good communication and content-writing skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and audience targeting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have):
- Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Knowledge of paid ads and campaign optimization
- Basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
