Role Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers politely and make them feel welcome
- Take customer orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages neatly and on time
- Guide customers in choosing pizza, drinks, and desserts
- Communicate clearly in English (basic level is must)
- Handle billing or assist with POS system if required
- Keep tables, chairs, and service area clean
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist in cleaning the store and maintaining a healthy environment
- Support team members during rush hours
Requirements:
- Previous experience as waitress or in restaurant service (preferred)
- Basic English communication skills
- Friendly attitude and good body language
- Willing to work in shifts
- Comfortable standing for long hours
- Ready to help with cleaning and daily maintenance
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking
