Responsibilities:
- Talk with customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Handle inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, WhatsApp & property portals.
- Arrange client meetings and site visits.
- Create and manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Follow up with potential buyers and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
