Job Description: Civil Engineer (Buildings)

Key Information
- Position: Civil Engineer (Execution, Billing & Coordination).
- Experience Required: 5+ Years (Commercial or Institutional building structures).
- Relevant Experience Plus: Experience in Government Building Works, Railways projects, and CPWD is a significant advantage.
- Location: Mahabubabad, Telangana (On-site).
- Employment Type: Full-time.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Progress Tracking
- Oversee end-to-end execution of building projects strictly adhering to architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities including excavation, PCC, footing, column casting, reinforcement shuttering, slab casting, brickwork, and finishing works.
- Monitor project timelines closely to ensure milestones are met without delays.

2. DLR Coordination & Team Management
- Maintain active, daily coordination with the Daily Labor Report (DLR) teams, subcontractors, and internal labor forces to optimize productivity and track manpower distribution.




- Align weekly and monthly work schedules with project teams to ensure synchronized progress in office.

3. Proactive Material Management
- Anticipate material requirements based on the project timeline and prepare material orders well in advance to prevent any operational downtime or project delays.
- Reconcile material consumption periodically (Steel, Cement, Aggregates) to minimize wastage and maintain accurate inventory logs.

4. Time-to-Time Measurements & Billing Follow-up
- Take accurate, time-to-time physical measurements of completed works on-site alongside department representatives.
- Record measurements promptly in the Measurement Books (M-Books) and prepare periodic Running Account (RA) bills.
- Proactively follow up on the billing pipeline with government departments (e.g., R&B;, PR, or relevant authorities) to ensure timely verification, certification, and release of payments.
