We are hiring an experienced Chef de Partie - Continental for Gipis Pizza House, Himayatnagar.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the Continental section independently
- Prepare pasta, sandwiches, salads, sides and café-style dishes
- Maintain consistent taste, presentation and portioning
- Follow recipes, kitchen SOPs and hygiene standards
- Control wastage and support food cost management
- Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy service
Key Skills Required:
- Valuable knowledge of Continental cuisine
- Experience with pasta, sauces, sandwiches and plating
- Fast, clean and organized working style
- Ability to manage prep and service pressure
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
