We are looking for Production Incharge for our têxtile manufacturing unit in Dhulagarh

Location: Dhulagarh
Experience: 5-10 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Industry: Textile Industry

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production operations in the têxtile unit
- Monitor production planning and achieve daily/monthly targets
- Handle manpower allocation and shop floor management
- Ensure product quality and minimize production defects
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
- Maintain production records and reporting
- Ensure safety and discipline on the production floor
- Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency

Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in têxtile manufacturing/production
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Knowledge of têxtile production processes and machinery
- Ability to manage production schedules and deadlines
- Basic reporting and documentation skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
