Job Title: HEIM Sales Promoter

Location: Lulu Connect, Kochi

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Actively attract and engage customers at the store, creating interest in HEIM products and answering any questions they may have.
- Product Expertise:Share detailed product information and demonstrate features to customers, showcasing HEIM’s unique selling points.

Brand Representation:Represent HEIM in-store and at industry events, building solid customer relationships and supporting brand reputation.

Team Collaboration:Participate in staff meetings, company events, and team-building activities to stay aligned with HEIM’s values and goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not a must.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
