Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counselor responsible for guiding prospective students in making informed academic decisions. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments through structured follow-ups and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized academic counseling by understanding student needs, goals, and aspirations
- Recommend suitable programs through a consultative and solution-oriented approach




- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure trust and engagement
- Achieve assigned enrollment targets through consistent follow-ups and effective conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and enrollments in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and student support

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or a target-driven setting (mandatory)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong result orientation with the ability to work under performance-driven targets
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools will be an added advantage

Compensation & Work Details
- Salary: ₹3 - ₹8 LPA (inclusive of performance incentives)
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday off)
- Working Hours: 10
