Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Explain products/services and answer customer questions
- Generate leads and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors

Requirements:
- Must be currently residing in Delhi




- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; additional languages are a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge and access to a laptop/mobile with stable internet connection
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred (freshers can apply)
- Strong listening and persuasion skills
