Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook multiple cuisines as per menu requirements
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
- Manage stock, inventory, and minimize wastage
- Assist in menu planning and new dish development
Requirements:
- 2 to 6 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Knowledge of multiple cuisines (Indian, Chinese preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and hygiene standards
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
