Job Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on IT Executive who can independently manage and run the company’s entire basic IT operations. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in handling systems without supervision, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update company website (WordPress or similar platforms)
- Troubleshoot hardware & software problems independently
- Ensure regular data backup and basic system security
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively
- Coordinate with vendors (internet, hosting, hardware) when required
- Manage domain, hosting, and basic technical configurations
- Ensure smooth functioning of all office tech infrastructure

Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently without supervision:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
- Website management (WordPress preferred)
- Computer hardware & troubleshooting




- Networking & internet setup
- Valuable problem-solving and quick response attitude
- Comfortable working from office in Kolkata

Preferred:
- 6 months - 2 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on exposure to domain/hosting management
- Experience handling IT operations solo or in a small setup

Important Note:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
