JD for Logistics Executive -

Key Responsibilities:
- Shipment Coordination:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the shipment of goods, ensuring on-time delivery to customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize overstocking or shortages.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline inventory processes.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to logistics and transportation.
- Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors, suppliers, and transport service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and rates to optimize costs without compromising quality.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
