Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attending customers professionally without considering small or big purchase
- Collecting the customers exact requirements of products
- Give maximum clarity and usage on products to customers
- Try to convert to premium brands
- Collecting customer contact details
- Preparing quotation and sending to customers Asap
- Follow up with client in all stage
- Co-ordination with despatch for delivery of items including pending
- Avoid credit sale maximum and payment follow up with customer
- Set monthly target and try to achieve the same
- Keep in touch with customer for fresh enquiries
- Recording customer feedback
Skills:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable time management skills.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
