Epic International Hospital is looking for dynamic and patient-focused professionals to join our Patient Relations team

We are hiring Telecallers / Patient Relationship Executives who will play a critical role in managing patient inquiries, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and lead conversion across our specialty services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
- Convert leads into OPD appointments and consultations
- Coordinate follow-ups for consultations, diagnostics, and procedures
- Support patient scheduling and doctor slot management
- Explain hospital services, departments, and consultation processes
- Maintain daily lead and call reports in CRM / Excel




- Ensure a smooth patient experience from first contact to visit
Preferred Skills
- Solid communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Prior experience in hospital / healthcare telecalling / diagnostics preferred
- Good follow-up and conversion skills
- Patient-friendly communication and empathy
Experience

1-3 years preferred
