Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Experience
- Welcome customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
- Identify customer requirements and guide them to the right sales representative.
- Ensure a smooth, premium, and satisfying in-store experience.

Showroom Coordination
- Manage daily showroom operations in the absence of the owner.
- Coordinate effectively between sales, accounts, and management teams.
- Maintain showroom readiness, cleanliness, and visual appeal at all times.
- Handle customer flow efficiently, especially during peak hours or waiting situations.

Operational Support
- Assist in resolving basic customer queries and support the sales team when needed.
- Maintain visitor logs and help schedule appointments.
- Ensure staff discipline, punctuality, and smooth day-to-day coordination.




- Serve as a communication link between the owner and the showroom team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Well-groomed with a skilled appearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of multitasking and managing people effectively.
- Confident, responsible, and demonstrates leadership qualities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
