Duties & Responsibilities:
The Graphics Coordinator will play a crucial role within Lincoln International's global Marketing team, focusing on the organization, management and maintenance of the firm's templated design assets. This position will oversee the firm's graphics libraries, including templated work for presentations, social media, deal graphics, bio slides, banker headshots and other branded materials. Working closely with colleagues across Brand, Content, and Digital teams, this role ensures that all assets adhere to Lincoln's branding guidelines and are easily accessible for ongoing and future marketing initiatives.





This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and design skills, and a passion for managing creative resources to drive visual consistency. The Graphics Coordinator supports the firm's business objectives by streamlining templated asset production, facilitating quick turnaround for marketing requests and maintaining a high standard of brand quality within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Asset Management
- Organize and maintain structured libraries for all creative assets, including tombstones, perspectives, banker photos, bio slides, and social media graphics.
- Ensure all graphics are saved in their correct folders and formatted according to Lincoln's brand standards.
- Review tombstone requests and deal details; create accurate and on-brand graphics based on provided information.
