Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our B2B sales team. The role involves coordinating with customers, managing sales processes, and ensuring smooth execution from enquiry to order closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups, quotations, and order processing
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and sales data
- Track order status and coordinate with internal teams (service, logistics, accounts)
- Support in tender documentation and submission process
- Follow up with customers for approvals, payments, and feedback




- Generate daily/weekly sales reports and updates for management
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales coordination or inside sales
- Experience in electrical, power backup, or technical product industry preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills

Qualification
- Graduate in any field (Commerce/Engineering preferred)
