Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions
- Maintain product display and cleanliness at the counter
- Manage stock at the counter and inform for replenishment
- Answer customer queries and provide product information
- Promote ongoing offers and increase sales
- Coordinate with store and sales team
Qualification:
- 12th / Any Graduate
Experience:
- 0-2 years in retail / sales
- Freshers can apply
