Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Teach English language and literature to high school students (Grades 9-12).
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with international curricula.
- Foster creativity, analytical skills, and effective communication among students.
- Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Support extracurricular activities such as debates, drama, and creative writing clubs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students for academic and personal growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Literature, Education,



or related field.
- Teaching certification (B.Ed./M.Ed. or equivalent) preferred.
- Prior experience teaching English at high school level, ideally in an international school setting.
- Strong command of English language (spoken and written).
- Ability to integrate modern teaching methods and digital tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
