Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store & Dispatch Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and timely dispatch of finished goods in a food manufacturing setup. The role ensures proper stock handling, adherence to food safety standards, and efficient coordination with production, logistics, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management:
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices, especially for perishable food products.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper storage conditions as per food safety and quality standards.
Dispatch & Logistics:
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules based on orders.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.
- Ensure correct labeling, packaging,
and loading of goods.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Coordination:
- Work closely with production, QA/QC, and sales teams for order fulfillment.
- Ensure dispatches meet customer requirements and timelines.
- Communicate stock status and dispatch updates to relevant teams.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain documentation as per FSSAI and company standards.
- Ensure warehouse hygiene and safety practices.
- Follow SOPs related to storage and dispatch operations.
Skills & Requirements
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO and batch tracking.
- Basic understanding of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP is an advantage).
- Experience with ERP systems or inventory software.
- Solid coordination and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
